Database programming

Much of our programming has been linked to databases. For small to workgroup sized systems we can produce a solution in Microsoft Access or program a suitable user interface connecting to the chosen platform in the background. For shared access from a multiple sites we can host the database on a server on the Internet.

Custom programming

Matley Software uses Microsoft .NET, PHP, PowerBasic and other programming languages. In addition to general programming techniques we have specialist knowledge in:

• SCADA systems and PLC communication via OPC and native interfaces
• graphical techniques
• geographical co-ordinate transformation and projection
• programs running behind the scenes on web servers to automatically import data for display in a website
