Remote Support

At Matley we have several methods to provide remote support to users.  Please scroll down to the method you have been asked to use.

Zoho Assist Instructions

Please click the link in the email you have been sent or the following link

https://join.zoho.eu/ and enter the Session ID you have been given,

click Join Session, download the software and then run it.

When the software runs it will attempt to join the session. It will ask you to confirm that you want to join the session and allow me access. Please accept that.

Once the necessary taks have been completed my work we will close the session. That will remove the software from your PC and we will not be able to connect again without setting up a new session.

Normal Mikogo Instructions

After getting in touch to set up a remote session please enter the Session ID you are given in the form below and click the Join Session button.

When you click Join Session it will take you to Mikogo's website, please click the Join button. You will then be prompted to download and run a program. Please allow that.

- It may ask you to allow Mikogo to make changes to your computer, if so please click Yes.
- Once connected we will request that your PC becomes the Presenter, please accept that.
- We will then request control, please accept that again.

Once we have completed the necessary tasks remotely we will close the Mikogo client on your computer and that will end the remote session.

Advanced Mikogo Instructions

In some circumstances we may need a higher level of control. If so we will ask you to to use this alternative method.

Please can you go to the following web page

and enter the Session ID you are given in the format shown below.

    ###-###-###

and your name (can be anything) then click the Join Session button. That will prompt to download and run a program. Please allow that.
- It may ask you to allow Mikogo to make changes to your computer, if so please click Yes.
- Once connected we will request that your PC becomes the Presenter, please accept that.
- We will then request control, please accept that again.

Once we have completed the necessary tasks remotely we will close the Mikogo client on your computer and that will end the remote session.
